At trendycartstore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products purchased on sale or clearance
Gift cards or downloadable/digital products
Personal care items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
